Özet

Bu bildiride XVI. yüzyılın önemli şairlerinden Balıkesirli Zâtî (ö. 1546)’nin gazellerinde cinas sanatının kullanımı üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmada şairin üç cilt halinde yayımlanan Divan’ındaki gazelleri esas alınmış, mecmua ve Divan’ı dışındaki yayımlarda yer alan gazelleri dâhil edilmemiştir. Şairin gazel sayısının daha fazla olduğu kabul edilse de basılı Divan’ında yer alan gazellerin sayısı 1825’tir. Bildiride önce Zatî’nin hayatı ve eserleri, daha sonra cinas sanatı ve çeşitleri hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. Bunun ardından şairin cinastaki ustalığı ve cinas kullanımında dikkat çeken hususlar örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Bunu müteakip her cinas çeşidine dair eserde tespit edilen 3-10 arasında örneğin referans numaraları ile verildiği bir bölüm yer almıştır. Bu bölümde cinas örneğinin sağ tarafında referans numarasının üstünde verilen örneğin daha iyi anlaşılması için kelimelerin Arap harfli yazımı da gösterilmiştir. Yine bu bölümde bildiride gösterilen örneklerin dışında şairin gazellerinde tespit edilen diğer örnekler dipnotla verilmiştir. Böylece şairin cinas sanatını kullanma sıklığı ve bu sanatta gösterdiği ustalık gözler önüne serilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

In this assertion, the focus is on the use of the art of pun in the odes of Zâtî from Balıkesir (1546), who is one of the most significant poets of 16th century. Odes of the poet in the book named Divan, published in three volumes, are analyzed while the odes of the same poet in the publishing except Divan and the journals aren’t included in the scope of the analysis. Although it is believed that the number of the poet’s odes is much higher, there are 1825 odes in his Divan. In the assertion, firstly brief information about the life and works of Zâtî is given; following this, the art of pun and the types of it is also briefly explained. The mastership of the poet in this branch of art and the points to be taken into consideration in analyzing this art is explained through examples. After this, there is a section in which examples from each type of pun in Divan, between 3 and 10 are presented with reference numbers. In this section, in order to understand the examples better, Arabic equivalents of the words are presented over reference numbers that are placed on the right side of examples. Besides the examples in this section included in the assertion, other examples determined in the poet’s odes are presented in footnotes. It is attempted to present how frequently the poet uses the art of pun and his mastership in this art.
